Upskilling U Consulting & Training is a workforce development and training firm founded from years of hands-on experience across K–12 and higher education, nonprofit organizations, and industry-aligned workforce initiatives. After seeing the gaps between education, training, and employment firsthand, we set out to bridge them through intentional skill development, career-focused learning, practical tools, and meaningful community partnerships.
Today, we partner with employers, nonprofits, educational institutions, and community organizations to design customized learning experiences that address real-world needs, expand career pathways, and deliver measurable outcomes.
